Yesterday we rode the train. A good time was had by all. Except for the train's brakes terrorizing Jacob, Sam running from seat to seat looking for a good place to take a nap, no parking places at the station, and trains that only come every half an hour, all went off without a hitch. In my single days, I never would have guessed I would be riding public transportation for kicks but I have to admit I love it. I feel so cosmopolitan riding with all of those people coming and going. I really love that moment when the train jerks forward and you can't tell if you're going forward or backwards. Anyway...viva la Caltrain.
